Ordered 2 Segway F3s. One was damaged during shipping (broken folding clip, scraps on both side of control panel, and scraps on footboard). Other scooter was received in perfect condition. Both scooters were still bound to seller when received so had to wait for seller to unbind in order to link scooters in app. Seller was quick to respond to my messages and offered small refund for the damaged scooter. Overall scooters work well and we are happy with our purchase and the price.
