How we use it
We use this information to process orders, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent abuse, improve the website, and meet tax, accounting, security, or legal obligations.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. EcoHive does not store full card numbers. We receive payment status, transaction references, billing or shipping details, and fraud-review signals needed for fulfillment and support.
Support records
If you send photos, videos, model details, warranty evidence, fitment questions, or pickup requests, we may keep that history so support can respond consistently.
Cookies and logs
The site may use essential cookies, session storage, analytics, and security logs to keep carts, checkout, accounts, and performance monitoring working.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
If you allow advertising, optional Meta measurement may include page views, product views, cart additions, checkout starts, and confirmed purchases. Event data is limited to product IDs, quantities, amounts, currency, and a pseudonymous event ID. Your permission also covers browser (_fbp) and ad-click (_fbc) identifiers for attribution. Meta's code runs in a separate measurement page, which may include an ad click ID but never receives the checkout session URL or checkout form. Our server may also forward these events with a public page address (without query parameters), browser identifiers, and browser information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or card data in these events, and do not enable advanced matching or automatic form collection. Direct browser connections to Meta include normal network information such as your IP address and may include Meta cookies, subject to your browser settings; our server does not forward your IP address to Meta.
Advertising choices
Advertising measurement is off until you opt in. Use Advertising privacy choices in the footer to allow or decline it at any time. Global Privacy Control overrides an advertising opt-in. We store your choice in this browser for up to 180 days and keep a pseudonymous purchase marker to avoid sending the same purchase again on refresh. Browser storage restrictions or ad blockers may prevent measurement. Declining does not affect checkout or essential cart and account features.
Your choices
Contact EcoHive if you need to ask about account details, order records, privacy questions, or corrections. Some records may be retained for orders, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, warranty review, or legal reasons.
