Shipping, return labels, packaging responsibility, and support timing.
Shipping
Scooter shipping adds $40 at checkout. Accessories and parts may ship separately when needed.
Returns
Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days. EcoHive provides the return shipping label.
Packaging
Keep the original packaging until the item is inspected. The buyer must return the item safely packed; missing packaging, poor repacking, or avoidable damage that creates extra work may be deducted.
Damaged Delivery
Photograph the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, full item, and damaged area before riding, using, or discarding packaging.
After-Sale Support
EcoHive provides one year of online support after purchase and can help with compatible replacement parts when available.
