How It Works
Choose your payment option.
Add your products to the cart and continue to secure Stripe Checkout. Select Klarna if it appears, then follow Klarna's instructions.
Once payment is confirmed, EcoHive processes your order. You make any scheduled repayments directly to Klarna.
Eligibility
Approval comes from Klarna.
Klarna is offered for eligible U.S. consumer orders paid in USD. Available plans depend on the customer, state, and transaction amount.
A Klarna message on a product page does not guarantee approval or a particular plan. If Klarna is not offered, you can pay by card.
Products & Condition
Review the product first.
Klarna may be available for scooters, robot vacuums, accessories, and other EcoHive products when the order qualifies.
The listing's condition, included accessories, shipping, warranty, and return terms still apply. Choosing Klarna does not change those terms.
Cancellations & Refunds
Start with EcoHive.
Request a cancellation or return through EcoHive under our policies. A request does not itself cancel the order or pause Klarna payments.
After an approved refund is issued through Stripe, Klarna updates your balance or repayment schedule. Follow Klarna's instructions until it confirms the adjustment.
Repayments & Support
Manage payments with Klarna.
Use Klarna's app or support to check payment dates, amounts, and payment-related questions. EcoHive cannot approve financing or change Klarna's credit decision.
