Scooter seemed brand new and in box that was taped up really well for shipping. Charged up & works great once we figured out the app settings! Husband loves it & is getting outdoors more. Seller was responsive and willing to correct any problems when we were unsure of the charging and app settings. Very nice that this is a responsive and reputable seller! 👍😃
