Shipping Damage and Arrival Claims

What to photograph and report if a scooter or part appears damaged after delivery.

If a scooter or part arrives damaged, document the issue before riding, repairing, or discarding packaging.

Photograph these items

  • Outer box on all sides.
  • Shipping label.
  • Interior packaging.
  • Full scooter or part.
  • Damaged area close up.
  • Display, charger, charge port, tire, brake, or stem area if relevant.

Video evidence

Short videos can help when the issue is movement, sound, power, charging, or display behavior. Keep videos safe and do not ride while filming.

Contact timing

Contact EcoHive as soon as possible with your order number and evidence. Fast documentation helps separate shipping damage, cosmetic condition, setup issues, and electronic-component concerns. Do not throw away packaging until support has reviewed the claim.
