Local pickup gives Dallas-area buyers a chance to inspect the exact scooter before taking it home. Use the pickup window to check condition, accessories, app status, and ride-safety basics.

Check before leaving

  • Brand, model, and condition label.
  • Charger and included accessories.
  • Display, lights, and warning icons.
  • Tires, brakes, folding latch, stem, and handlebar.
  • Cosmetic condition compared with listing notes.
  • App pairing or account status when it matters to the model.
  • Any known recall or support notice that may apply.

Ask before pickup ends

  • Is this new, open-box, like-new, refurbished, tested return, or used?
  • What is included?
  • What warranty language applies?
  • Are there known cosmetic or inspection notes?
  • Does app binding matter for this unit?

EcoHive's 30-day warranty covers electronic components only. Tires, cosmetic wear, normal wear, user damage, crash damage, water damage, and misuse are not covered.
