Safe charging basics

• Use the charger intended for the scooter model.
• Charge while awake and nearby.
• Keep the scooter away from beds, paper, boxes, and other flammable material.
• Do not charge if the charge port, charger, cable, or battery area looks damaged.
• Unplug when charging is complete.

Storage basics

• Store the scooter indoors in a dry, moderate-temperature place.
• Avoid leaving the battery empty for long periods.
• Avoid extreme heat, freezing conditions, and wet storage.
• Check the scooter before riding again after long storage.

When to stop and contact support

• The charger or scooter becomes unusually hot.
• The charge port is loose, scorched, wet, or corroded.
• The battery percentage jumps erratically.
• The scooter shows a battery or charging warning.
• The scooter was dropped, flooded, or involved in a crash.
